Position: Pastor

Overview:

Life and Peace Gospel Ministry International AKA Life and Peace Bible Believer Ministry International is seeking a dedicated and passionate pastor to join our vibrant faith community. The ideal candidate will be a spiritually mature individual with a strong commitment to the Gospel and a heart for serving others.

Responsibilities:

Spiritual Leadership: Provide spiritual guidance and direction for the congregation, ensuring that the church’s mission and vision are upheld.

Preaching and Teaching: Deliver inspiring and informative sermons and Bible studies that are relevant to the needs, and interests of the congregation living a true life of holiness and righteousness.

Pastoral Care: Offer compassionate care and support to individuals and families within the church community, providing counselling and guidance as needed.

Church Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the church, including budgeting, staff management, and facility maintenance.

Community Outreach: Engage in outreach programs and initiatives to connect with the local community and share the Gospel.

Leadership Development: Mentor and develop other church leaders, fostering a culture of spiritual growth and service.

Qualifications:

Education: Being able to read and write and with any additional training if any.

Experience: Previous experience as a pastor or in a related ministry role is desirable.

Spiritual Maturity: A deep commitment to the Christian faith and a strong understanding of biblical principles in true holiness, and righteousness.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire others, fostering a positive and welcoming church members.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with the congregation and community.

Relationship Building: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with church members, staff, and community leaders.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
